Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience. The spacious and comfortable duplex loft suite exceeded my expectations, offering ample room to unwind. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing all necessary amenities. The service from the staff was exceptional, with kind and polite assistance throughout. The convenient location near Istanbul's attractions and high-quality dining options made exploring the city effortless. The dining options offered good, though room service could be improved. Overall, a satisfying stay with some minor areas for enhancement.

The hotel offers neat and very clean rooms with modern decoration and state-of-the-art lighting, providing absolute comfort. While the location is great and central, some facilities appear a bit tatty and run down.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room we booked with a balcony view of the Bosporus was really spacious and comfy, clean, with a big bathroom. We used the jacuzzi/pool area, which was great, and the staff in the spa were extremely friendly. The service was exceptional, very helpful and knowledgeable. The location was right near Istanbul's high-quality restaurants and the metro station, making it easy to travel anywhere in Istanbul. The dining experience was fresh and delicious, especially with the substantial breakfast. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with just a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel offers big, nice sitting areas, great bathrooms, and a nice fitness area. It provides a good place to sit outside for coffee with excellent security at the entrance, creating a safe environment. The rooms are very spacious, a rarity in comparable hotels around. However, the location is central, making it convenient for travelers.
